Why Wrestling?

We want the athletes that we train to have fun and develop a love for the sport of wrestling. The regular practice of wrestling can help improve your muscle strength and tone, as well as improve your flexibility and ease of movement. The position-based techniques and skills taught are necessary to develop athletes into champions and help build mental preparedness, character and more.   We enjoy preparing athletes to compete at the highest level and to excel in all areas of life.

Wrestling for all ages

Whether you are eight or eighty, you can benefit from regular wrestling practice. I offer personal wrestling classes for men, women and boys and girls, tailored to their unique needs.

CONVENIENT CLASS SCHEDULES

I offer morning, afternoon and evening classes on different days. You can choose the class time that works best for you and your schedule. Note: Friday’s and Saturday’s are typically rest days and by appointment only.

Wrestling Camps and workshops

I host regular wrestling camps and workshops. Get away from it all, immerse yourself into my high impact program of wrestling, meditation and relaxation. You will return refreshed.
